Qualifications & Experience

• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks and SQL.
• Enthusiastic about sharing information and fostering positive communication.
• Understanding of internet and computer knowledge to effectively navigate digital platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Collaborative spirit with the ability to coordinate tasks across teams.
• Outgoing personality with a passion for engaging with clients and team members.
• Relevant work experience is a plus.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Manage data entry and ensure that transactions are recorded correctly.
• Prepare payment vouchers for suppliers and others.
• Manage account receivables, which involve follow-up collection, updating debtors aging, preparing statements of account, and other tasks.
• Examine and supervise all tasks performed by the Account Assistant.
• Undertake ad-hoc duties from time to time.
