BOILERMAN GRADE 2

Description

1. Responsible for implementing all the instruction given by his superiors to support the Operation of the Boiler.
2. Responsible for implementing JKKP inspection boiler, to handling JKKP officer.
3. To maintain and monitor machine daily operation and ensure they are in optimum operation condition.
4. Ensure Safety and Health in workplace as accordance to specification given.
5. Ensure pressure of steam is maintained under a safe line.
6. Maintain cleanliness of boiler consistently, to implement 5S activities within workplace and machinery.
7. Ensure Boiler Operating in Safe and Efficient Manner in Accordance with Acts & Regulations.
8. In charge of maintenance job and ensure boiler are in good running condition all the time and to assist maintenance department.
9. Execute high pressure steam boiler efficiently in continuous production operation.
10. Ensure all machineries and equipment maintenance is in accordance to the safety procedure.
11. Identify causes or faults in operations, diagnose needed repairs, test machineries and verify all corrective activities.
12. To perform water chemical treatment program on steam boiler.
13. To perform daily operation checklist.

Others:

1. Available to work on weekday, Saturday and Sunday.
2. Willing to Work on Rotating Shifts.
3. Working Hours: 8:00 a.m - 4:30 p.m.

Education

1. Must have at least Second (2nd) Grade Or Higher Certificate Of Competence In Steam Boiler Issued By DOSH/JKKP.
2. Minimum SPM, preferable to have Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
