Preparing report logbook and daily, weekly, monthly data, production report and all necessary reports.
Carry out routine chemical analysis of water and work around check according to checklist.
Conduct troubleshooting operations on designated problem machines and rectify such problems.
Assist maintenance team in other maintenance activities.
Accompany relevant authorities during official inspection of equipment.
Work with strict compliance to company rules and regulations.
Maintain strict safety and housekeeping practices.
Communicate with clients regarding steam production activity and exchange data to establish good relationships.
Able to send reports through email, WhatsApp, etc.
Able to operate boiler, burner, deaerator, and softener.
Job Requirements
Candidates must possess at least SPM or SPMV or equivalent and Boilerman certificate (Grade 1 / Grade 2) issued by DOSH. Diploma and Professional Certificate holders would be an advantage.
At least 3 years of working experience in the manufacturing/related field is required for this position and operation of boiler.
Ability to work with deadlines and under pressure.
Good communication skills, personality, and ethics.
Able to work in a team as well as individually.
