Responsibilities:

• Conduct the Utility and facility patrol daily to ensure the working condition of Boiler, Raw water treatment, facilities, and other machinery
• Check, monitor and ensure the running of boilers are in safe operating conditions
• Prepare chemical analysis and control boiler water operating limits
• Repair, maintain and perform cleaning of the boiler and steam-related machineries and accessories
• Make necessary preparations and follow-ups with contractors for annual boiler inspections by the relevant authorities
• Respond to production on steam upset and demand
• Troubleshoot and rectify problems pertaining to machines and operation at the boiler room
• Maintain, monitor, establish standards and keep good records for Boiler Maintenance
• Ensure safety rules and regulations are complied with
• Carry out planned preventive maintenance for all facilities and equipment
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition and well kept
• Carry out daily routine inspection as assigned and record it on checklist/log sheet
• Generate and update SOPs/WIs for the facilities operation & maintenance and the related production process of medical device and pharmaceutical products
• Prepare and submit periodic reports to update superior on project/task progress
• Perform any other duties as assigned by superior
