Install and configure aesthetic equipment such as (CO2) laser.
Calibrate equipment to ensure it meets the precise specifications for safe and effective treatments.
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance for all devices to minimize the risk of malfunctions.
Follow manufacturer guidelines to perform cleaning, alignment, and calibration of equipment.
Repair or replace malfunctioning parts, such as laser tubes, lenses, electrical components, or cooling systems.
Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior from time to time.
Documentation
Maintain accurate logs for each piece of equipment, including installation dates, maintenance schedules, repairs, and calibration records.
Document maintenance routines to ensure equipment complies with manufacturer and regulatory standards.
Track the lifecycle of each device to provide insights for equipment upgrades or replacements.
Regulatory Responsibilities
Ensure that the company complies with all regulations and laws pertaining to Medical Device Act 737.
Ensure all equipment is compliant with health, safety, and industry standards to reduce risks to both clients and technicians.
Qualification & Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Biomedical / Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Radiology, or equivalent.
Minimum 1-2 years working experience.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong troubleshooting skills, especially in electrical and electronic control systems.
Proficiency in the mechanics, electronics, and software of aesthetic devices.
Knowledge of electronics, medical device standards, and repair procedures.
Effective communication and instructional skills for training staff and offering technical support.
Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia, with proficiency in Mandarin offering a distinct advantage in effectively engaging with Mandarin-speaking clients.
