The Role

Summary

• Coordinates the delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning of hospital medical equipment for owners/clients.

• Coordinate equipment delivery and installation schedules with the owner's representative and medical equipment planner.
• Perform testing and commissioning of medical equipment at site with suppliers for hospital clients.
• Participate in multiple and diverse healthcare construction projects simultaneously.
• Prepare project cost estimates for inclusion in owner/client proposals.
• Participate in marketing efforts, including preparing initial marketing material, RFPs, and formal presentations.
• Prepare progressive consultation fees for project services.
• Build effective relationships with government, design team, subcontractors, suppliers, and user groups.

• Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering or other healthcare-related disciplines.
• 2 to 5 years of medical equipment field-related experience preferred.
• Possess working knowledge of the healthcare field, architectural plans, and healthcare medical equipment.
• Demonstrates solid presentation skills and has working knowledge of MS Office applications and is able to write well and prepare quality reports.
• Able to travel and be posted at hospital projects in Sarawak.
