BIM Engineer/Architect

About the Role

As a BIM Engineer/Architect, you will play a key role in Research & Developing (R&D) for IDWE Platform, Implementing, and Optimizing BIM for Design workflows while collaborating with architects, engineers, and project managers on real-life projects.

As we seek professionals who can also contribute to knowledge sharing and industry outreach, business developers and project developers are encouraged to apply as well!

• Research and Development for IDWE Platform
• Develop, implement, and manage BIM for Design 3D models for architectural and engineering projects.
• Ensure BIM standards and best practices are applied across projects.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance project efficiency.
• Conduct implementation programs and workshops to upskill team members and clients.
• OPTIONAL: Business Development & Project Development applicants are also encouraged. Assist in Business Development tasks that involve promoting IDWE BIM for Design adoption to advocate the digital transformation of the AEC space whilst staying updated with industry trends.

Qualifications & Skill Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience with real-life past-projects in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry is preferred.
• Degree in Architecture OR Civil & Structural Engineering OR Mechanical & Electrical Engineering
• Intermediate to strong expertise in Revit and Navisworks but not definite.
• Knowledge of BIM for Design coordination and BIM Execution Plan
• OPTIONAL: Excellent communication skills with the ability to coach and present BIM for Design concepts.
• OPTIONAL: Passion for business development.
