Job Description: We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented BIM Coordinator/BIM Manager to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating precise and coordinated BIM models for projects using advanced design tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards, guidelines, and best practices across projects.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings and collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of models.
• Manage BIM models, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project requirements.
• Train and support project teams in the use of BIM software and tools such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other related technologies.
• Perform clash detection, quality checks, and resolve model-related issues using BIM tools.
• Oversee the integration of BIM with project schedules, cost estimation, and facility management systems.
• Work closely with IT teams to ensure software and hardware infrastructure supports BIM processes.
• Stay updated on industry advancements, BIM technologies, and emerging trends to enhance company capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with local and international BIM standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical support and mentorship to junior BIM professionals.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to facilitate smooth BIM implementation and workflow.
• Develop and enforce BIM execution plans for projects.
• Monitor project progress and provide reports on BIM performance and efficiencies.
• Improve and automate BIM workflows using scripting and other digital tools.
• Collaborate with clients and consultants to ensure project objectives are met through BIM methodologies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in BIM modeling for architectural and interior design projects.
• Proficiency in BIM software, including Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, design workflows, and project lifecycle management.
• Experience with clash detection, model audits, and coordination of multidisciplinary BIM models.
• Knowledge of industry standards such as ISO 19650, PAS 1192, and other BIM-related guidelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to train and mentor project teams on BIM best practices.
• Experience with rendering software like Lumion or Enscape is a plus.
• Knowledge of additional BIM tools or platforms is an advantage.
• Certification in BIM modeling or related fields will be a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM5,000.00 to RM15,000.00 (monthly)
