Job Description: As a Billing Executive, you will perform billing invoices and related documents to ensure the quality of invoices and supporting documentation comply with company IMS and department quality objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document Control: Check and upload Proof of Delivery (POD) returned by the driver into the ERP system daily to avoid data or information loss.
• Customer Invoicing Control: Check, sort, scan, and verify all relevant documents such as billing invoices, CIPL, custom forms, cargo clearance permits, and customer booking emails before sending out the invoices to ensure the customer receives the correct and accurate invoice.
• Invoicing Outgoing Control: Prepare and file acknowledgment for the billing invoice to be sent out to the customer to ensure the customer receives the correct invoice.
• Solving Customer Complaints: Answer questions and handle complaints from customers regarding bills.

Requirements:

• Education and Experience: At least 3 years of working experience in billing, preferably from a logistics/transportation environment.
• Communication Skills: Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Professional Skills: Good interpersonal skills, effective organizational skills, stress management, and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
