Malaysian Communication and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) – Sepang, Selangor

To advocate and implement strategies for the advancement of Malaysia's C&M/Digital market interests bilaterally.

To analyse and provide inputs to draft MOU texts, where available to look for areas of concern as well as identify areas of potential benefits to the Malaysian C&M and Digital Market.
Facilitate in preparation of briefing/info pack for Working Group Committee Meetings, Joint Committee Meetings, Border Coordination Meetings, etc.
To keep abreast with domestic C&M/Digital priorities, policies & plans in order to formulate proposals and action plans for MCMC and Malaysia's C&M/Digital sector bilateral engagement.
To identify and seek views from relevant internal and external stakeholders on potential issues and to summarise and highlight concerns and impact of the MOU to the Malaysian C&M and Digital Industry as well domestic legislation, regulations and rules.
To analyse and articulate potential impact of bilateral decisions taken and outcomes to the Malaysian C&M/Digital industry and market and to provide recommendations or possible mitigation strategies.
To engage in active horizon scanning to identify, assess, analyse potential opportunities and/or threats in any bilateral engagements which may have a significant impact to the Malaysian C&M/Digital landscape.
To engage in active relationship building through active participation in meetings, seminars, bilateral exchanges and visits in order enhance the working relationships with stakeholders.
To represent MCMC at both ASEAN and bilateral engagements to ensure that stated outcomes and objectives are achieved.

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Technical Qualifications/Advanced Degrees will be an added advantage.
Minimum 2 years working experience in the C&M Industry/Regulatory agency will be an added advantage.
Experience in analysing, drafting, and formulating public policies/positions/papers.
