The Benefits Offering Management Team (BOM) is responsible for all operational and delivery aspects and overall integrity of IBM’s global benefits programs, including managing the operational aspects of our vendor/supplier relationships with regard to quality and service delivery. The HR Benefits Administrator is delivering Benefits support to IBM Malaysia Benefits program. There is opportunity in the role to support the Benefits delivery team, and with that gain knowledge in the wider Benefits field.
