As a Bellman at the Heritage Hotel Cameron Highlands, you will be a key member of our front office and guest services team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional welcome and hospitality experience to our guests throughout their stay in the beautiful Cameron Highlands region of Pahang.

What you'll be doing

1. Warmly greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process
2. Provide luggage assistance, escorting guests to their rooms and ensuring their belongings are delivered promptly and safely
3. Respond promptly to guest requests and enquiries, offering information and recommendations about the hotel's facilities and the local area
4. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, upholding the high standards of service our guests expect
5. Collaborate with the front desk and concierge teams to ensure a seamless guest experience
6. Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures to ensure guest satisfaction and safety

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience in a similar guest services or hospitality role, ideally within a hotel environment
2. Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide warm, personalised assistance to guests
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds
4. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and support your colleagues
5. Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
6. Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate in additional languages an advantage
