Job description

Guest Assistance: Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, helping with luggage and providing information about the hotel and its services.

Luggage Handling: Safely transport guest luggage to and from their rooms, ensuring proper handling and storage.

Room Orientation: Show guests to their rooms and explain hotel amenities and features, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed.

Concierge Support: Provide local information, recommendations, and assistance with reservations, transportation, and activities.

Security: Ensure the safety of guest belongings and hotel property, reporting any suspicious activity to management.

Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the lobby and bell stand areas tidy and organized.

Collaboration: Work closely with front desk staff and other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Special Requests: Accommodate special guest requests, such as delivering items to rooms or providing assistance with transportation.

Requirements:

  • Pleasant personality
  • Able to work on three(3) shifts
  • Good command of spoken English/BM
