JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB SUMMARY:

  • The Business Development & Sales Manager shall be focused to grow our business across AsiaPacific region, including:
  • Early engagement with key End User accounts for greenfield activity in the region, this includes FEED companies involved in the early stages of project planning.
  • Overall responsibility for Business Development for the activities in Brownfield in both Onshore and Offshore.
  • Responsible for Business Development for all Onshore activity across the region with specific focus in Australia and Indonesia.
  • Responsible for Business Development for all Low Carbon activity across the region.


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Strategic

  • Understands the business needs and drivers and connecting them to the objectives of key stakeholders.
  • Anticipates the impact of change and rises to the challenge, with the awareness of risk and uncertainty.
  • Can create competitive breakthrough strategies as well as plan.
  • Anticipates obstacles and is prepared with contingency plans to keep everyone on track.

Operating

  • Be willing to provide information to colleagues/key stakeholders to complete tasks and eliminate roadblocks.
  • Be quick to identify critical information and respond appropriately.
  • Uses time effectively creating precise plans with associated KPI to achieve PRS goal and sales strategy.
  • Able to define, work within and improve business processes based on immediate and future business needs.
