Basic Salary RM 12,000-18,000 Mandarin Speaking Technical Lead / Software Architect (Puchong)

[Responsibilities]

• Define and implement the technical architecture for our solutions.

• Make crucial decisions on technology stacks, tools, and methodologies.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to the technical team, including freelancers.

• Review and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

• Develop prototypes and validate architectural decisions.

• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to align technical strategies with business objectives.

[Requirements]

• Extensive experience in software development and architecture, with a minimum of 5 years working with AWS Cloud Infrastructure.

• Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks, including JavaScript (main) and Python, with experience in React, Node.js, FastAPI, MongoDB, and Postgres.

• Strong understanding of open-source tools and integration methods, particularly in AI, business automation, and language models like those provided by Hugging Face.

• Experience with Amazon communities, Kubernetes, serverless deployment, and scaling SAAS products.

• Leadership abilities and experience in mentoring technical teams.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
