Basic RM 15000-30000 Mandarin Speaking Senior Manager/General Manager – Business Setup

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for the new venture in the slimming industry.
2. Oversee the incorporation process, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
3. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities within the slimming sector.
4. Establish and manage relationships with suppliers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
5. Design and implement operational processes and procedures to ensure efficient business operations.
6. Lead the development of marketing and sales strategies to promote the brand and its offerings.
7. Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and ensure effective resource allocation.
8. Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team to support business operations and growth.
9. Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
10. Report directly to senior leadership and provide regular updates on project progress and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in the health, wellness, or slimming industry.
2. Proven experience in business setup, strategic planning, and operational management.
3. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in the health and wellness sector.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
7. Language required: English, Malay, and Mandarin.
