Position: Barista

A Barista prepares specialized types of coffee using professional equipment in a hospitality/coffee shop/bar unit. Responsibilities include:

1. Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, and specialty beverages.
2. Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, utensils, and equipment.
3. Cleaning service and seating areas.
4. Describing menu items and suggesting products to customers.

The number of outlets then grew from 28 to 50, which now includes presence not only in the Klang Valley but also Negeri Sembilan, Penang, and Johor. In 2017 the brand was given a new look to stay fresh in the ever-growing specialty coffee industry.
