Barista & Service Crew

• Receive payment by cash, credit/debit cards, vouchers, e-wallet, etc.
• Ability to operate POS systems, credit card terminals, price scanners, and related devices.
• Balancing cash registers and generating sales report.
• Maintain cleanliness of cashier counter.
• Assist with customer service.
• Take orders and serve food and beverages.
• Handle guest inquiries courteously and efficiently.
• Maintain hygiene and order of dining areas.
• Follow all SOPs set by the outlet management.
• Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan and specialty beverages.
• Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, utensils, and equipment.
• Describing menu items and suggesting products to customers.

Requirements:

• Honest with strong integrity.
• Work experience would be an advantage.
• Passionate about F&B.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Basic Barista Skills.
