Barista & Service Crew
Job description
- Receive payment by cash, credit/debit cards, vouchers, e-wallet, etc.
- Ability to operate POS systems, credit card terminals, price scanners, and related devices.
- Balancing cash registers and generating sales report.
- Maintain cleanliness of cashier counter.
- Assist with customer service.
- Take orders and serve food and beverages.
- Handle guest inquiries courteously and efficiently.
- Maintain hygiene and order of dining areas.
- Follow all SOPs set by the outlet management.
- Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan and specialty beverages.
- Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, utensils, and equipment.
- Describing menu items and suggesting products to customers.
Requirements:
- Results driven with passion in customer service industry.
- Honest with strong integrity.
- Work experience would be an advantage.
- Passionate about F&B.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Basic Barista Skills.
- Great Team Player.
- Friendly & Engaging Personality.
