Barista (Premium Cafe)

Requirements:

• Barista Experience: Previous experience working as a barista in boutique or specialty cafes (e.g., Kenny Hills, &Arabica, The Rabbit Hole Cafe or similar establishments) is highly preferred.
• Background: Candidates with hands-on experience in independent or artisanal café environments are preferred.
• Coffee Bean Knowledge: Strong knowledge of coffee beans, including the ability to describe taste notes, origins, and roasting profiles, is a significant advantage.
• Presentation: Must be presentable and maintain a polished and approachable demeanor.
• Customer Engagement: Strong ability to engage and communicate effectively with customers to ensure a delightful café experience.
• Attitude: A positive, enthusiastic, and customer-focused approach is essential.

Job Scope:

• Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages such as espresso, cappuccino, latte, americano, etc.
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
• Customize beverages to meet customer preferences, including milk alternatives, sweetness levels, and additional flavors.
• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
