Barista (Ediya Coffee - Elmina Lakeside Mall)

As a Barista at Ediya Coffee, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, teas, smoothies, and heating up food.
• Maintaining a clean, organized work station, including coffee machines, utensils, and the surrounding area.
• Taking customer orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring accurate and timely service.
• Monitoring inventory of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies to ensure stock is sufficient.
• Ensuring the quality and consistency of each beverage served.
• Following health and safety standards, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
• Handling customer inquiries and providing solutions to any issues or concerns in a professional manner.
• Assisting with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and setting up the store.
• Maintaining knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and any promotions.
• Assisting with cashier duties, including taking payments and handling cash.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and coffee machines.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Preferably candidates who can start work immediately.
