Job Title: Barista and Kitchen Crew

Salary: Up to RM 1800 / month

Job Scope:

Barista Job Scope:

1. To welcome and greet customers with a big smile and enthusiasm.
2. To brew coffee or tea and serve the drinks to customers.
3. Ensure every drink served to customers is made with passion and meets the highest quality standards by following the right SOP.
4. Able to explain all Bask Bear products clearly to customers and promote/upsell the products at all times.
5. Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash, and sanitizing equipment and utensils.

Kitchen Crew Job Scope:

1. Prepare ingredients such as meats and vegetables for food preparation purposes.
2. Ensure the availability of fresh ingredients on a daily basis.
3. Sort, chop, and store food items for cooking purposes.
4. Assist the head chef in cooking items from the menu by following standard recipes.
5. Assure the cleanliness and sanitization of all work areas such as countertops.
6. Arrange ovens and cooking ranges at proper heat levels.
7. Monitor cooking times and remove cooked dishes.
8. Place prepared dishes and platters on trays for serving.
9. Clean and sanitize kitchen floors, ovens, and other cooking equipment periodically.
10. Wash and dry dishes, flatware, and glasses, and dispose of trash properly.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least SPM / O-Level.
2. Basic knowledge in kitchen & F&B related is preferred.
3. Able to work extra hours & on Public Holidays.
4. No health issues/critical illness.
