Barista (Aeon Setia Alam -La Boheme Coffee)

Job Responsibility

1. Prepare or serve hot or cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, or teas.
2. Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash, and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
3. Check temperatures of freezers, refrigerators, or heating equipment to ensure proper functioning.
4. Describe menu items to customers or suggest products that might appeal to them.
5. Provide customers with product details, such as coffee blend or preparation descriptions.
6. Prepare and serve menu items.
7. Taking inventory and replenishing items in display cases, at tables, or behind the counter.
8. Help in the preparation and design of all food and drinks menus.
9. Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards.
10. Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls.

Job Requirements

1. Have at least SRP / PMR / SPM / Certificate/Diploma/Degree.
2. Have an attractive personality and can communicate well.
3. Have a strong interest in retail.
4. Able to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
5. Applicants must be a Malaysian citizen or Permanent Resident status.
6. Able to work at Aeon Bandar Sunway.
