1. Familiar with MSAP process technology, understand the process flow and principle.

2. Have cross-departmental communication skills and can run improvement projects.

3. Familiar with Mintab, QC seven techniques, 6-Sigma and other tools.

4. Able to face and communicate effectively with customers.

5. Understand the evaluation criteria and requirements of new equipment, new materials (potions).
