Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Outlet.
• Responsible for the revenue, operational cost, and waste reduction of the F&B Outlet.
• Actively communicate with customers to assess customer satisfaction.
• Manage, supervise, and train staff.
• Maintain safety and standards of food quality.
• Keep customers happy, gather their feedback on the experience, and handle complaints.
• Organize schedules, keep track of employees’ hours, and record payroll data.
• Appraise staff performance and discipline or retrain employees to correct poor performance.

Requirements

• Has a passion for Food & Beverage.
• Enjoys interacting with people.
• Chinese speaking is an advantage.
• Experience in a similar position for at least 3 years.
• A friendly, helpful, and trustworthy leader.
• Willing to work long hours, weekends, and public holidays.
