Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. Advising clients on corporate banking, project financing, and debt capital market transactions.
2. Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including loan agreements, security documents, and offering memorandums.
3. Conducting legal research and providing strategic legal advice on regulatory compliance and market trends.
4. Assisting clients with project financing and structuring deals, including multi-jurisdictional transactions.
5. Negotiating and managing relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other legal teams.
6. Representing clients in meetings, conferences, and negotiations as needed.
7. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and industry best practices.

Requirements

1. Qualified lawyer with 3 to 6+ years of post-qualification experience in finance, project financing, or debt capital markets.
2. Strong technical knowledge in corporate banking, project finance, and debt capital markets.
3. Proven ability to handle complex legal matters and provide high-quality, client-focused legal solutions.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
6. Strong academic background and a passion for finance and project-related legal work.
