Responsibilities:
To grow the Bancatakaful business and fee-based income for AFFIN bank.
Drive personal Advisory Takaful production and formulate action plans to achieve the team’s production target.
Provide training/briefing on products, identify training needed for staff, and perform other service functions (i.e. carry out joint sales visits, enhance team member’s knowledge, and coaching).
Ensure the team embraces high standards of customer service in line with the quality and standards set by Affin and STMKB.
Actively participate and coordinate in the bank’s sales and promotion activities.
Ensure the sales team’s services rendered to customers are compliant with internal and external policies, guidelines, as well as regulations.
Track performance and productivity for sales staff.
Recruit sales staff according to approved headcount.
