Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Baker Chef at Toojou Kota Kinabalu. The Baker Chef will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of nanyang baked goods, including bread, pastries, and desserts. The role involves creating menu items, ensuring quality and consistency in baking, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

  2. Menu development and Recipe creation
  3. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  6. Experience working in a kitchen or bakery
  7. Excellent time management and organizational skills
  8. Culinary certification or diploma is a plus
