Backend Java Developer

• Develop, enhance, and maintain web applications for Lenovo's eService platforms using Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement engaging and responsive interfaces.
• Ensure websites meet performance, scalability, and security standards.

Project Delivery:

• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate project deliveries aligned with business goals.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure smooth project execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT infrastructure, DevOps, and testing teams, to achieve project objectives.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
• Actively participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Analyze existing systems and propose improvements to optimize performance and maintainability.
• Stay updated on emerging web technologies and incorporate them into project designs as appropriate.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on Java development experience.

Technical Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of Java, Understand IO, multithread, reflection, memory management, class loading mechanisms.
• Java web development framework and toolsets (SpringMVC, Spring-Boot, Spring-Cloud,Mybatis, etc.)
• Experience with middleware technologies and messaging queues such as RabbitMQ,Kafka, or ActiveMQ.
• Solid understanding of design patterns and their practical application in software development.
• Database Skills: Experience with relational databases likeMongo DB and PGSQLand other database experience like MySQL, SQL Server.
• DevOps Knowledge: Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Nice to have:Experience on Large Language Model(LLM) and basic AI knowledge.
