ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a Backend Developer who is ambitious, solution-oriented, and collaborative to join our Monetization team. The best candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and exceptionally dynamic setting and is excited to build and maintain scalable backend services that power our In-Game Store, Subscriptions, and Buy Button products.

Strong technical expertise in backend development, problem-solving skills, and an understanding of scalable architectures are essential, along with experience in PHP and/or Golang development for web applications. The ability to write clean, testable code and contribute to service architecture and performance improvements will be key to your success in this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain core functionality for monetization products such as In-Game Store, Subscriptions, and Buy Button.
• Design and implement new backend services to support product features.
• Write clean, efficient, and testable code in PHP and/or Golang.
• Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product direction and architecture.
• Offer innovative ideas to improve performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Contribute to technical documentation and ensure knowledge sharing across the team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in backend development for industrial web applications using PHP and/or Golang.
• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles.
• Strong grasp of OOP, decomposition, and design patterns.
• Ability to write unit and functional tests and ensure code testability.
• Good working knowledge of SQL, database design, and OLTP/OLAP approaches.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative team development environment.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience building high-load enterprise systems or event-driven architectures.
• Knowledge of architectural patterns and hands-on application of those principles.
• Familiarity with Docker, Jenkins, GitLab, and deployment pipelines.
• Experience with frontend frameworks, preferably React.
