The Role:
- Responsible for all Offline Branding activities such as billboards, newspaper advertisements, and branding of Great Eastern premises which include:
- Conceptualize and design branding materials
- Source and manage vendor relationships
- Ensure quality control and oversee execution
- Analyse and review the outcome for continuous improvement
Responsible for all Online Branding activities which include social media engagements, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Affiliate Marketing, native ads, paid advertising, and influencer marketing:- Develop and analyse content, ensuring it resonates with target audiences
- Manage social media accounts across all platforms
- Conduct regular market, competitor, and trend analysis to refine strategies
Conceptualize and produce video scripts:- Supervise video shoots on-site
- Monitor video editing for quality control
- Oversee uploading of videos and ensure proper targeting and reach
Collaborate with GEGM and GETB for efficiency and economies of scaleAs part of the leadership team, work with key stakeholders to proactively shape the organisation’s culture and conduct environment that is aligned to the organisation’s Core ValuesChampion culture and conduct behavioral expectations within the Department/DivisionTake accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and take appropriate steps to mitigate the risksMaintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats, and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the companyHighlight any potential concerns/risks and proactively share best risk management practicesOther responsibilities as assignedThe Person:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or strategic communications, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various platforms
- Strong understanding of media and digital communication channels
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrates alignment with the organisation’s core values through expected behaviours
- High level of integrity, takes accountability for work, and has a good attitude towards teamwork
- Takes initiative to improve the current state of things and is adaptable to embrace new changes.
