AVP - Finance & Accounting Operation

Salary: RM25,000
Location: Bandar Sunway, Selangor

Key Assessment Points:

1. Able to speak Mandarin fluently
2. Must have at least 10 years of F&A operations experience
3. Must have a professional certification like ACCA, along with an Accounting Degree
4. Team management experience of size 20-30 and above is preferred
5. Must possess strong stakeholder management skills
6. Experience in SSC, audit, or BPO is ideal
7. Experience in project management related to change management and digital transformation for the F&A domain will be an advantage
8. Define best practices for service requirements, key performance indicators (KPI), service level agreements (SLA), organization level agreements (OLA), or other metrics
9. Normal work week (Hybrid)
