AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN (JAECOO)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our team at EVENERGY AUTO SDN BHD, an authorised dealer for JAECOO in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of a wide range of vehicles.

What you'll be doing

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues in vehicles
• Perform scheduled maintenance services such as oil changes, brake repairs, and tyre rotations
• Test and inspect vehicle systems to identify and resolve problems
• Use diagnostic equipment and tools to analyse and repair vehicle faults
• Maintain detailed records of work performed and parts used
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
• Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and techniques

What we're looking for

• At least 1 year of experience as an automotive technician
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, including electrical, mechanical, and electronic components
• Proficient in using diagnostic equipment and tools
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Certification in automotive repair or related field is preferred
