Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Service Automation Engineer with deep expertise in Control-M and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to join our IT Service Automation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing and automating IT service management processes, developing scalable automation solutions, and ensuring the seamless integration of CMDB and Control-M in a Unix/Linux environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Automation & Orchestration: Design, implement, and manage Control-M workflows to streamline and optimize business processes.
2. CMDB Management: Maintain and enhance the CMDB to ensure accurate tracking and management of IT assets.
3. Scripting & Integration: Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and Shell to integrate with Oracle, MSSQL, and MySQL databases.
4. Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor automation jobs, troubleshoot failures, and continuously improve system performance and reliability.
5. Collaboration & Compliance: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align automation practices with organizational security and compliance standards.

Requirements

1. Mandatory Experience: Hands-on experience in Control-M and CMDB design, implementation, and maintenance.
2. Scripting: Proficiency in Python and Shell scripting.
3. Database Knowledge: Experience with Oracle, MSSQL, and MySQL.
4. Operating Systems: Strong knowledge and experience working in Unix/Linux environments.
5. Experience: 6+ years of relevant experience in IT automation and service management.
