Mcmillan Woods Plt Hiring! Full Time Audit Manager in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 12,000 - Ricebowl

Requirements:

  • Ability to speak and write Mandarin and English
  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma
  • Professional accounting qualification such as MIA, ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent
  • Significant experience in audit, including managerial responsibilities
  • Deep understanding of audit methodologies, standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Proven track record in client relationship management and business development
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in audit software and MS Office applications
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of industry trends and changes

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients and deliver high-quality audit assurance services, including preparing and reviewing audit plans and work as well as continuous engagement in managing expectations and deliverables.
  • Cultivate an engaging work environment that promotes the Firm's culture of quality and excellence.
  • Lead audit teams to complete audit engagements within the stipulated deadlines.
  • Supervise and guide the audit teams to carry out audit assurance assignments.
  • Report to engagement partners on audit progress findings.
  • Ensure audit is carried out in accordance with approved auditing standards and applicable financial reporting standards.
