Job Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and lead an audit team to perform and deliver high-quality assurance and compliance work for a portfolio of diversified clients.
Perform high-level review on high-risk companies to ensure audit working papers and audit reports are in compliance with relevant standards and by-laws.
Monitor the time frame and work progress to ensure timely delivery of quality services to clients.
Coach, lead, train, and develop an effective audit team with both technical and non-technical competencies.
Provide timely feedback to reinforce or improve behavior or performance.
Provide or seek solutions to the problems raised by team members.
Job Requirements
Candidates must possess relevant accounting qualifications or currently be pursuing professional accounting examinations.
Ideally: Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy and holding ACCA or MIA qualification
At least 6 years of working experience in the related field. Welcome those who would like to try.
Having the knowledge and competency in ISA, MFRS, MPERS.
Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities and complete assignments within time constraints, budget, and deadlines.
Strong drive to excel professionally and to guide and motivate others.
