About the role

We are seeking a talented Audit Junior/Senior to join our dynamic audit team at Saw & Co in George Town, Penang. As an Audit Junior/Senior, you will play a crucial role in conducting comprehensive financial audits and providing valuable insights to our diverse range of clients across industries.

What you'll be doing

• Performing detailed audit procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial statements
• Analysing financial data and identifying potential risks and opportunities for our clients
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective audit strategies
• Documenting audit findings and preparing detailed reports for client presentations
• Providing recommendations to improve internal controls and financial processes
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices

What we're looking for

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Relevant experience in external audit, preferably within a reputable accounting firm
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members
• Proficient in the use of audit software and data analysis tools
