We are seeking talented Audit Associates and Seniors to join our dynamic team at McMillan Woods MEA. As an Audit (Associates / Seniors), you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality audit services to our diverse client base. This full-time position is based in Selangor, offering you the opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to the success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting comprehensive audits of financial statements and internal control systems
• Analysing financial data, identifying risks, and proposing effective solutions
• Preparing detailed audit reports and presenting findings to clients
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless audit processes
• Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices
• Providing guidance and mentoring to junior team members

What we're looking for

• Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, MICPA)
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in audit or related roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in audit software and data analysis tools
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
