Audit Associates (Junior/Senior)

About the role

Khoon Associates is seeking motivated Audit Associates to join our growing team in Ipoh, Perak. As a full-time Audit Associate, you will be responsible for supporting our audit engagements and providing high-quality financial assurance services to our diverse client base.

What you'll be doing

1. Participating in the planning and execution of audit engagements across various industries
2. Conducting detailed financial reviews, substantive testing, and analytical procedures
3. Documenting audit findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner
4. Collaborating with the audit team to identify and address potential issues or risks
5. Maintaining accurate and complete audit working papers and documentation
6. Providing administrative support to the audit team as needed

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2. Relevant work experience in audit or assurance services, preferably in the public accounting industry
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Proficient in the use of audit software and MS Office applications
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Familiarity with relevant accounting standards and regulations
