Successful candidates will work under the close supervision of experienced managers and partners and will have ample learning opportunities in the field of Assurance and Advisory. This is an ideal workplace for candidates intending to pursue accounting professional examinations as study leave is provided. Additionally, it is also an ideal place for local university graduates to earn practical experience for Malaysia Institute of Accountant ("MIA") membership.

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Audit Associates. As an Audit Associate, you will play a crucial role in performing audit procedures, analyzing financial statements, and contributing to the overall success of our audit engagements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct audit engagements in accordance with established standards and procedures in an independent, efficient, and professional manner.
• Perform substantive and analytical audit procedures.
• Evaluate internal controls and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare detailed workpapers and documentation to support audit findings.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the timely completion of audits.
• Stay abreast of industry developments and changes in auditing standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients to obtain necessary information and address audit inquiries.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of client relationships.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy and/or partial professional qualification in a related field.
• Familiar with applicable reporting standards in Malaysia, Companies Act 2016, and Income Tax Act.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Able to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Willing to travel and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with audit software is an added advantage.
