Audit Associate / Senior Audit Associate

About the role

We are seeking an Audit Associate or Senior Audit Associate to join our dynamic team at Low Th & Co, a leading audit firm based in Bandar Puteri Puchong, Selangor. As a full-time member of our Audit department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality external audit services to our diverse client base across various industries.

What you'll be doing

1. Performing detailed audits of financial statements and other financial records for our clients
2. Analysing financial data and identifying potential risks or areas for improvement
3. Preparing comprehensive audit reports and presenting findings to clients
4. Collaborating with the audit team to ensure efficient and effective audit processes
5. Identifying opportunities to enhance audit procedures and recommend process improvements
6. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards, regulations and industry best practices

What we're looking for

1. 1 to 3 years of relevant audit experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; training will be provided.
2. Possess a recognized degree in accounting and/or professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
5. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, audit software and data analysis tools.
6. Diligent, detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work.
7. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
