AUDIT ASSOCIATE

We invite highly motivated professionals to join our dynamic team at Ooi & Associates PLT. The successful candidates will work on a portfolio of diversified clients in various industries and have the following responsibilities:

1. Interact with the clients in order to collect all the necessary data/information, set-up and maintain audit files, prepare leads, etc.
2. Support the planning, execution and delivery of assurance engagements
3. Prepare statutory financial statements and audit finalisation reports
4. Prepare tax computation and lodgements

Key Requirements for this position:

1. Degree holder in accounting/Finance
2. Professional accounting qualifications (such as ACCA, CPA or equivalent) preferred
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Good analytical, report-writing and presentation skills
5. Ideally past relevant trainee/internship experiences
6. Knowledge of accounting software an advantage but not required
