Performing / assisting in audits for small to large companies in various industries.
Preparation and presentation of financial statements and ensure compliance with the disclosure requirements of the Companies Act and applicable approved accounting standards in Malaysia.
To liaise with clients and bring to the attention of the client the weaknesses of the company in relation to either accounting or other related areas.
Attending periodic stock takes and statutory audits when required.
Assist in identifying, developing, and documenting audit issues and recommendations to ensure improvement in controls & procedures.
Liaise with clients and relevant authorities.
Other audit-related duties.
Requirements:
Possess at least a Professional Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Finance / Accountancy or pursuing a professional course.
Able to work independently with integrity.
Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Willing to learn attitude.
Must be computer literate.
Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of Mandarin will be an added advantage for Chinese speaking clients.
With or without experience; training will be provided.
