Oversee and lead audit compliance engagements.
Providing supervision and assignments to team members as reviewing working papers completed by staff and drafting audit report.
Responsible and coordinate all phases of the engagement, including the execution of the quotation, engagement letter, communications with the client, staffing requirements, deliverables, timelines, client, availability, job planning, and scheduling.
Responsible for contact with management regarding audit scope, status, and findings.
Provides on-the-job training for staff.
Supervises findings and follow-up tasks with management and audit staff.
Participate and/or lead assigned special projects or audit assignments.
Assess and providing feedback on staff performance for staff evaluations.
