Provide supervision and assignments to team members, review working papers completed by staff, and draft audit reports.
Coordinate all phases of the engagement, including the execution of the quotation, engagement letter, communications with the client, staffing requirements, deliverables, timelines, job planning, and scheduling.
Maintain contact with management regarding audit scope, status, and findings.
Provide on-the-job training for staff.
Supervise findings and follow-up tasks with management and audit staff.
Participate in and/or lead assigned special projects or audit assignments.
Assess and provide feedback on staff performance for evaluations.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
Minimum 4 years of related audit experience required.
Clear and concise written and oral communication skills.
Strong knowledge of audit principles and practices.
Strong people, project, and client management skills.
