Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage internal and external audits to assess financial, operational, and compliance-related activities.
• Review audit reports, recommend corrective actions, and track the implementation of improvements.
• Monitor changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards that may impact the organization and recommend adjustments to policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular compliance assessments and ensure that all departments are adhering to relevant guidelines.
• Identify potential compliance and regulatory risks within the organization and assist in developing strategies to mitigate those risks.
• Prepare detailed audit and compliance reports for senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.
• Educate employees about compliance policies, procedures, and best practices to foster a culture of compliance within the organization.
• Complete any other tasks assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of working experience, preferably in the retail industry.
• Experience in other industries but with audit roles and skills are invited to apply.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical, and statistical skills.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision, enthusiastic personality, and good organizational skills.
• A good team player with a high level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.
• Willing to travel across outlets.
• Basic knowledge of anti-money laundering laws is an added advantage.
