Assistant Marketing Managers (B2B) for Oil & Gas Engineering MNC

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for preparation, maintenance, and updating of Company Qualification Document, Company Presentation, Brochures, Project Leaflets, and Workshop Details to support the Sales Team’s marketing activities.
• Handle registration in the Client/owners’ Approved Vendor List or project vendors lists, respond to Pre-qualification Questionnaire, and Client’s survey in collaboration with Sales Manager.
• Contact and identify all existing and potential clients to initiate the Vendor Registration and approval processes with Sales Manager.
• Develop/update the Project Prospects database and Market Intelligence Information via various websites, channels, publications, etc., related to the industries that the Company’s products supply to. Study and identify new industries/segments that the Company product could penetrate into.
• Handle registration of all Request for Quotations (RFQ) from Clients, keeping records of all tenders documents received. Manage and keep records of all Purchase Order documents.
• Create and maintain company accounts/feeds in Social Media tools, i.e., LinkedIn. Create content/graphics to educate followers on the company’s capacities, capabilities, events, etc.
• Coordinate, facilitate, and prepare necessary arrangements for Sales Team’s Road Show and client visits, surveys, and audits by clients.
• Actively identify, participate, plan, and organize company’s branding activities (exhibitions, conferences, seminars, social media, publications, etc.) on company products, image, and goodwill together with the Sales Team.
• Attend all internal and external training organized by the Company.
• Any other tasks or projects assigned by immediate superior or departmental head as and when required.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Study, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a relevant field.
• More than 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Relevant skills and knowledge in Sales & Marketing/corporate communication experience, preferably for oil, gas, petrochemical, refining, chemical, mineral processing, and pharmaceutical industries.
• Diligent, team-oriented, result-oriented, and possess good interpersonal skills.
