Position: Assistant Manager, HR & Administration.
Salary: RM 5000-7000.
Job location: Klang, Selangor.
Hours of work (5-day week): 8.30 am-5.30 pm (Monday-Friday)

A 4-star business class hotel located at Klang. It is part of the hospitality division owned and operated by a public listed company.
Roles & Responsibilities
This is a permanent position reporting to the Group HR & Administration Manager within the Group. As Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions, which include recruitment & selection, salary & payroll administration, training & development, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and other HR support services. This role encompasses all employee levels of the business and includes the following:
The candidate
· Malaysians with tertiary education qualification in HR disciplines or Business Administration.
· Strong Human Resources generalist and leadership experience ideally from the hospitality/hotel industry.
· Well versed in Malaysian labor law, IR Act and statutory requirements.
· Manage in-depth Industrial Relations issues.
· Good command of spoken and written English plus conversant in BM and Chinese/Mandarin.
· High level of computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office application skills.
· Be willing to be based at Klang area.
