Job description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Managing QA Operation Pillar (SQM), to review, plan, coordinate and organize the schedule of overall activities for QA incoming operations which according to internal and external standards.
  2. To plan and manage the current QA operation manpower, always to look for optimization testing process in QA operation.
  3. Define audits and surveys to ensure that all suppliers are meeting our business requirements to include flow down and quality standards.
  4. Maintaining detailed reports on supplier quality, including defect rates and areas that result in flaws to be reported in the biweekly quality report.
  5. Responsible as the key liaison between operations, suppliers, and the customer, ensuring that overall specifications, quality/regulatory requirements, and expectations are met for all purchased products.
  6. Conduct and responsible for supplier qualification/disqualification/audits. To manage and review supplier audit program annually.
  7. Responsible and manage for supplier complaint management, non-conformance & corrective action, and preventive action (CAPA) in Track Wise Digital (TWD) system.
  8. Collating and evaluating supplier quality data to identify process improvement opportunities within the supply chain.
  9. Support new product launches to ensure that supplier quality meets the required standard.
  10. Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in order to adhere to process and prevent occurrence of any non-conformity relating to product, process or system.
  11. Facilitate the escalation of unresolved supplier quality issues within assigned projects and suppliers.
  12. Support the Head of QARA / AM to monitor and report on supplier product quality and performance.
  13. To maintain audit document and records effectively and properly in the QA document center and archives.
  14. To ensure procedure and work instruction for IQA department is implemented in incoming quality control accordingly.
  15. To monitoring and analyze data for incoming product and prepare report for management review.
  16. To assist on making necessary recommendation for continuous improvement of incoming quality system with suppliers.
