We are looking for an Associate/Senior Associate - Partnerships & Affiliate to bolster Klook's presence in Malaysia, introduce existing and new verticals, and attract all types of users through lifestyle-centric strategic partnerships and earned media campaigns. You'll be responsible for establishing mutually beneficial partnerships, and support Klook’s efforts to establish itself as a trusted and top-of-mind travel/lifestyle platform through co-branded initiatives.

What you will do:

• Identify and support in establishing meaningful partnerships to create, negotiate, strategize and execute mutually beneficial B2C marketing campaigns.
• Conceptualize and execute co-branded campaigns targeted at increasing brand awareness, acquiring new users, and engaging existing Klook users in Malaysia.
• Recruit and onboard new affiliates, manage relationships with affiliate partners.
• Analyse and renew yearlong and/or tactical partnerships.
• Assist in strategizing existing partnerships.
• Assist the rollout of each quarter’s marketing plan together with cross teams.
• Manage the implementation, tracking, and measurement of the partnerships and/or campaigns.
• Be part of an exciting team defining and refining the brand’s positioning and tone in Malaysia.

What you will need:

• Minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience in a partnerships role / executing B2C campaigns in the Malaysia market.
• Proven capability to manage the entire process in end-to-end campaigns with partners.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision making.
• Strong account management skills to manage partners.
• Excellent oral communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time and project management skills, with attention to detail.
• Immense hunger to learn and contribute to the business.
• Well-developed interpersonal, team building and relationship management skills.
• A start-up attitude - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up your sleeves mindset. Not afraid to work independently when required.
