Associate Sales Manager (Intervention Medical Device)

We are currently looking for an Associate Sales Manager for one of the top players in the medical device industry, with a legacy of more than 32 years in Malaysia. This position requires your urgent attention.

• Location: Selangor
• Team size: 15
• Work mode: Hybrid

The Role

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow market share in the intervention range.
• Manage and lead the sales team/distributors to ensure they meet their targets and perform at a high level.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and opinion leaders to promote the company’s products and solutions.

The Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of sales experience in the intervention range (stents, balloons, catheters, etc).
• Able to travel to other countries.
• Experience in handling distributors is an added advantage.
